It was purchased new in it has semi quarter horse bars and a 15 to 15. This saddle has always been stored in the house when not in use and has never been rained on. It has one dark line on the right fender that has been there since I bought the saddle new. Saddle stand is not included.
5 inch seat. Please look at all pictures closely and carefully before purchasing, and ask any and all questions before purchasing. It has very few signs of wear because most of the horses i've had require full quarter horse bars.
This is a very nice, very comfortable riding saddle. Shipping is only for the continental USA. It does have the three way in skirt rigging, which comes in handy when working with different horses as you can change the position of the girth as needed.
